Ruel Pacba, all of Special Troops Battalion, 25th Infantry Division, fold the colors during a flag-lowering ceremony on President’s Day, Monday, at Sills Field, here. The garrison flag, measuring 20 feet by 38 feet, is used on special occasions, and a total of 21 Soldiers from STB, 25th ID, helped to fold it. (Spc.
