SCHOFIELD BARRACKS — Vicki Rieger, a personal trainer, encourages Soldiers and civilians in a cycling class held Wednesdays, 4 p.m.; Thursdays, 5 p.m.; and Saturdays, 10:15 a.m.; at the Health and Fitness Center, Schofield Barracks. Additional Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation aerobics classes at the facility include zumba, yoga, cardio-kickboxing, boot camp, core and multiple step varieties. , along with strength training and cardio equipment.
