Haleiwa Metric Century Ride — The Haleiwa Metric Ride is named one of “The Best 50 Rides in the United States” by Bicycling Magazine, ride through the North Shore, Haleiwa Town, Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea and Swanzy Beach Park, April 25. The race has 25, 50 or 100 kilometer options. Visit

Sprint Triathlon — Bike, swim, or run to Marine Corps Base-Hawaii for the most hardcore event held on the windward side, May 8. The Triathlon consists of a 500-meter swim in Kaneohe Bay, an 11-mile bike race circumnavigating the base, and ends with a 3.5-mile run at the Base Marina.
