Island Palm Communities, News Release

SCHOFIELD BARRACKS —The sounds of excavators, pulverizers and hammers at work may not be music to the ears, but it’s a sure sign of great news for residents in Island Palm Communities’ (IPC) Red Hill neighborhood.

Construction of its new community center has started, and families can look forward to a beautiful facility featuring a multipurpose activity room with a complete kitchen, basketball court, tot lot, self-help center, and lots of green open space to enjoy.
