The 26-week Performance Triad challenge is now entering its final week.

Check your progress. Track your progress this week on the SAN (sleep, activity, nutrition) End of Challenge Tracking Chart.

You’re almost there, as only one week is left!

• Sleep Goal
Strive for 7-8 hours of sleep every night this week.

• Activity Goal
Get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity this week, along with two days of muscle-strengthening. Or, get at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity and two days of muscle-strengthening.

• Nutrition Goal
Build a healthy plate this week by following these tips:
•Make half your plate fruits and vegetables.
•Drink skim or 1 percent milk.
•Choose whole grains over refined grains.
