Holiday Craft & Gift Fair — The holiday season begins this weekend’s “Season’s Best Craft Fair” with three days of exciting, fun-filled shopping and food frenzy beginning at 5 p.m., Friday at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. Over 250 vendors will include exquisite handcrafted items made by Hawaii’s finest artisans.

Duke Kahanamoku Walking Tour — To mark the 125th anniversary of the birth of Hawaiian-American swimming legend Duke Kahanamoku, historian Steven Fredrick will host, 11 a.m., “The Duke Kahanamoku Walking Tour,” in Waikiki, on Saturdays through November.

USAHC-SB — The USA Health Clinic Schofield Barracks​ will be closed on Nov. 5. The entire clinic – including the Acute Care Clinic, Radiology, the Pharmacy, the Lab, Immunization, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, and Behavioral Health – will be closed to accomplish staff training.

Please check with your specific unit for sick call information. If you experience an emergency during this time, please go to your nearest Emergency Room or call 911. If you need advice, please call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273), option 1.

Soldier Center Medical Homes (SCMH) will remain open for sick call services and acute care needs through 12 noon, Nov. 5:

  • Sustainment Brigade and 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team service members may seek care in the 2SBCT SCMH, Bldg. 677, 1st Floor.
  • Division Artillery, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, and 3rd BCT service members may seek care in the 3BCT SCMH, Bldg. 677, 2nd Floor.
  • 8th Theater Sust. Command service members may seek care at the 8th TSC SMCH, Bldg. 681, 2nd Floor.
  • 25th Combat Aviation Bde. service members may seek care per unit services offered on Wheeler Army Airfield. The CAB SCMH will be closed (Bldg. 678, 2nd Floor).

Normal clinic operations will resume, Friday, Nov. 6.

Soldier Show — Military and families can see a professionally choreographed, family-style, variety show featuring performances that span from Broadway musicals, to country, gospel, rhythm and blues, plus top 40 songs, when the Soldier Show comes to Schofield Barracks, Nov. 21, at 7 p.m.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. at the Martinez Physical Fitness Center (PFC). Save the date to see this FMWR-hosted event. For more details, call Deanna Lein, Special Events coordinator, at 655-0002.

Jewish Services — Weekly worship services are held at 7:30 p.m., Fridays, at Aloha Jewish Chapel, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. No Saturday morning services or Monday Bible studies are offered at JBPHH.

Kuhio Beach Hula Show — Free show, 6-7 p.m., Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at the Kuhio Beach Hula Mound, near the Duke Kahanamoku statue, weather permitting. Cameras are welcome and seating is available on the grass, beach chairs and mats. Call 843-8002.

 Vehicle Registration — The City and County of Honolulu satellite vehicle registration office at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam is open for business, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 915 North Road, Bldg. 1314, in the Club Pearl Complex.
The service is open to all military personnel, their family members and civilians from all military posts with base access.
