News Release
SCHOFIELD BARRACKS — The Army’s annual resident survey landed in the email inbox of more than 7,200 residents of Island Palm Communities (IPC), recently.

Residents are being asked for candid feedback about their experiences living with IPC, from move-in through residency. CEL & Associates, the company hired by the Army to conduct the survey, will keep the names of survey respondents confidential.

Incentive
As an incentive for residents to respond to the survey, IPC will award a $500 prize and an Exchange gift card in a random drawing held every week over the four-week survey period that ends on May 30. Residents who complete and submit their survey automatically will be entered to win the drawing.
Residents who do not receive an email from ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com on April 28 or who have questions about the survey are encouraged to contact their community center.
